Yard of the Month Program
From April through October and in December, the Highland Park North HOA recognizes two homeowners each month who go above and beyond to maintain and enhance their landscapes.
Rewards & Guidelines
Winner Recognition: Winners receive a $50 gift card and featured recognition on the HOA website.
Eligibility: To give all neighbors a chance, past winners are eligible to win again in the same category (Yard of the Month, Fall Decorating, or Holiday Decorating) after one year.
